The project scope involves the complete removal and replacement of existing HVAC equipment. The scope of work for the project will include all materials, labor, services, equipment, systems, and machinery described in, and as may be reasonably inferable from the Bidding Documents. The specific work of the project is defined within each project's Contract Documents. Each Bid must be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a Bid Bond, certified in an amount not less than10% of the base bid except as otherwise expressly provided in the Instruction to Bidders. The successful bidder who is awarded the project will be required to provide a 100% Labor and Material Payment Bonds and 100% Performance Bond in the full amount of the agreed contract price. The Town reserves the right to amend or withdraw this Invitation to Bid for any reason, to accept or reject any or all Bids, to waive any formalities or non-material deficiencies in any Bid, and to make such award (or make no award) of a contract in connection with this Invitation to Bid all as determined by the Town, in its discretion, to be in the best interest of the Town.
