Note: A job walk thru shall not be required. The Department of Parks and Recreation is seeking bids from qualified vendors for services of bacteriological and chemical analyses (and generate reports) of water samples submitted by the San Luis Obispo Coast District of California State Parks. Service shall be conducted from various sample locations across the San Luis Obispo Coast District in San Luis Obispo County, CA. Questions regarding this solicitation and job scope related questions shall be submitted to the DPR Bids SLO Coast District email at DPR.BidsSLOCoastDistrict@parks.ca.gov by February 19th, 2025, no later than 2:00PM PST. Questions shall be addressed through an addendum attached to this solicitation advertisement. Estimated Contract Term: April 7, 2025, or upon DGS approval, whichever is later through April 6, 2028, or 36 months from DGS approval, whichever is later. Contract Performance Period: Three (3) years from Contract Execution Date Estimated Total Cost of Contract: $46,000.00 Bid submission time will be as of the time stamped into the DPR office or the electronic time stamp associated with when the electronic email submission was received. Submissions with attached PDF documents in excess of 10 Megabytes in size risk being rejected and can be deemed unresponsive. DPR will provide an individual electronic email response confirming receipt of each submission received. If a confirmation receipt is not received within 30-minutes of submission, please contact Christopher Iniguez at the email address above to confirm your bid was received. Confirmation receipt is not a representation by DPR that the submitted bid is responsive and complete. Bidders are responsible for ensuring that the bid submission contains the attachment, is fully responsive and lacks any deficiency prior to submitting via mail or to the email address above. Failure to do so risks the bid being deemed unresponsive.
