Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Fort Erie, Ontario. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The Town of Fort Erie is seeking Request for Tenders (RFT) from qualified contractors for the Energy Field Court Replacement project. The successful contractor will be responsible for delivering the full scope of services required to complete the project in accordance with the specifications and requirements outlined in this document. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Supply and installation of asphalt paving. Construction of concrete footings as specified. Installation of chain link fencing around the court perimeter. Erection of tree protection fencing as required to safeguard existing vegetation. All work must be completed in compliance with applicable regulations, industry standards, and the project timeline.
