The Town of Collingwood is calling for complete submissions from experienced qualified Bidders to provide all required labour, equipment, and materials necessary to undertake all longitudinal and traverse line painting and pavement marking works within Town limits on an multi-year term agreement. Components of the Work will be coordinated on an annual and/or semi-annual basis. It is imperative that the safety of the successful bidder and the public is paramount, therefore, it will be mandatory for the work to be undertaken during the night when traffic volumes are at a minimum. Time-frame for Delivery of Goods or Services, or the Duration of the Contract Two (2) year multi-year agreement with up to three (3) optional years.
