Reference Number 0000288231 Question Acceptance Deadline Mar 13, 2025 02:00 PM EDT BGIS wishes to qualify and establish Vendor of Record Lists for the following consulting service categories in relation to Client(s) Low and Medium complexity projects with ranging construction budgets from approximately $10,000 to $2,000,000. Architect (i) Commercial Facilities - This includes Health, Commercial, and Repair. Health typically involves the planning, design and construction of new or renovations of spaces designed for the forensic and health care sector, including laboratories. Commercial typically involves the planning, design and construction of new or tenant improvements of an existing space, either leased, or owned by the Province of Ontario, for ministry programs other than those forming part of the other project categories described in this Request for Qualification. Repair typically involves the planning, design and repair or retrofit of facilities (e.g. roof repairs or replacement, life safety upgrades). (ii) Special Purpose Facilities - This includes Courts and Justice. Courts typically involves the planning, design and construction of new or renovations to existing, courthouses designed exclusively for courthouse operations and allied agencies. Justice typically involves the planning, design and construction of new or renovations of spaces designed exclusively for Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) detachments, jails, detention centres, correctional facilities, including facilities for youth detention.
