Renovation of an educational facility in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
A light refit in E1 and B5 work consist of new Drywall, Level hangers in ceiling, painting, new counters and cabinets for kitchenets EI & B5, Electrical work, Plumbing work, etc. to accommodate the influx of employees returning to the workplace to the La Salle Academy. A bid bond in a commercially reasonable form or an irrevocable standby letter of credit issued by a financial institution authorized to conduct business in Canada as a Schedule I or Schedule II chartered bank in the amount of at least 10% of the Bid Price and that shall be in effect until forty-five (45) calendar days following Closing Date. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, BGIS, in its sole and absolute discretion: 1. reserves the right to accept or reject any or all of the Bids. 2. reserves the right to evaluate, accept or reject any Bid, whether or not completed properly and whether or not it contains all required information or is otherwise non-compliant, and BGIS is not bound to evaluate, accept or reject any Bid.
