The City of Lake Mills (OWNER) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Milton Street Reconstruction and Linden Street Utility Expansion The Project includes the following Work: This Work includes approximately 695 tons (T) of asphalt paving; 2,400 T of base aggregate; 11,500 square feet of concrete flatwork; 1,800 linear feet (LF) of curb and gutter; 925 LF of water main and appurtenances; 905 LF of sanitary sewer with manholes, and 2,400 LF of bored underground electrical conduit, embankment fill, erosion control, restoration, traffic control, and tree protection from the stretch of Milton Street between South Ferry Drive and South Main Street. On Linden Street, the Work includes approximately 95 T of asphalt paving including screed curb; 260 T of base aggregate; 200 LF of water main and appurtenances; 200 LF of sanitary sewer with manholes, erosion control, restoration, and traffic control from the stretch from East.
