**As of May 16, 2025, the project was awarded to Town & Country Construction, with an awarded amount of $315,454.50.** The envelope shall identify the contents as "Bid for Stoney Run Asphalt Project". The envelope shall also identify the bidder. No bid maybe withdrawn for a period of 60 days after the actual date of bid opening. The owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive informalities, and to reduce quantities and delete bid items in the proposal form. The contractor to whom the work is awarded with be required to furnish acceptable Performance and Payment bonds into the amount of 100 percent of the contract price. The contractor to whom the work is awarded will be required to purchase and maintain insurance coverage as described in the Contract Documents on an "occurrence basis".
