Garrett Strong Exhaust Fans Phase 2. SDVE 3% The Work consists of Exhaust Fan upgrades at Garrett Strong. 1. The Work includes a new 2-fan lab exhaust fan bank, a new heating water and chilled water VAV makeup air unit for Lab 3030, new venturi air valves for all fume hoods, new general exhaust and miscellaneous individual fume hood exhaust fans, and a new lab control system. There will be new access stairs added to the roof that shall be delegated design. D. The Work will be constructed under a single prime contract WORK UNDER OTHER CONTRACTS A. Separate Contract: The Owner has awarded a separate contract for performance of certain construction operations at the site. Those operations will be conducted simultaneously with work under this contract . The separate contract includes the following: 1. CER # 25-024 Campus-Wide HVAC Retro-commissioning Upgrades in Garrett Strong 2. CER #25-007 Campus Pavement Repairs - Garrett Strong North Ramp & Stair Replacement 3. CER #25-022 Garrett-Strong Switchgear Replacement - Summer 2025 prep work, Summer 2026 installation 4. CER #25-039 Garrett Strong Exhaust Fans - Phase 1 B. Separate Contract: The Owner has awarded a separate contract for performance of certain construction operations at the site. Those operations will be conducted simultaneously with work under this contract. That Contract includes the following: 1. N/A. C. Cooperate fully with separate contractors so that work under those contracts may be carried out smoothly, without interfering with or delaying work under this Contract. D.
