Site work for a water / sewer project in Bothell, Washington. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of April 29, 2026, construction is underway. A couple bid packages may still be released in late 2026. RFP D/B - I-405, Brickyard to SR 527 Improvement - Media Filter Drain This project has 5% SBE, 3% VOB, 10% MBE and 6% WBE participation goals. Skanska will select based on best value from all interested subcontractors submitting proposals, including SBE/VOB/MBE/WBE firms on this project. Skanska will assist qualified subcontractors, vendors, & suppliers in obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, necessary equipment, materials and/or supplies. To permit maximum participation, when feasible Skanska will review breaking out scope packages and adjusting schedules to help permit maximum participation of SBE/VOB/MBE/WBE on the project. Subcontractor may be requested to furnish a bond, if required Skanska will pay bond premium up to 1%.
