Renovation of a mixed-use development in Manitou Springs, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center; and swimming pool.
Reference Number 0000382568 The City of Manitou Springs is accepting bids to repair and replace roofing at the Manitou Springs Pool & Fitness Center, 202 Manitou Ave., Manitou Springs, CO, 80829 1. Repair and replace roofing and rafters per the attached designs (Exhibit A). 2. Remodel and replace HVAC duct work per the attached designs (Exhibit B). 3. Repair and replace roofing over the pool and weight and cardio room per the details of work (Exhibit C). Note: Substitutions or "approved equals" may be permitted for brand-specific materials. Note: The City of Manitou Springs is a sales tax-exempt entity. Notice of Award will be by Friday, June 20, 2025. The City requires the project to be completed within 80 working days. If Bids are rejected, the City further reserves the right to investigate and accept the next best Bid in order of ranking, or to reject all Bids and re-solicit for additional Bids.
