The work shall generally consist of furnishing all products and performing all labor necessary to construct the following: Installation of approximately 7,100 L.F. of 30 & 24 sewer rehabilitation via cured in place pipe, 165 V.F. of manhole rehabilitation, sewer main cleaning, bypass pumping, video inspections, manholes replacement and all other appurtenances necessary to complete the project in accordance with the specifications and construction drawings. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid bond or certified cashiers check in an amount not less than 10% of the base bid. This project will be partially funded with Federal funds from the United States Environmental Protection Agency and therefore is subject to the Federal laws and regulations associated with that program. Bidders must comply with 41 CFR 60-4, regarding affirmative action and ensure equal opportunity employment and AIS Act requirements. Owner reserves the right to reject bids, waive informalities, and re-advertise. Time allotted for completion of work is 150 consecutive calendar days.
