As of September 30, 2025, an announcement of final rankings of short-listed firms has been made for the previous solicitation. Information regarding an awarded firm is pending. _________ The City of Thomasville requests the sealed submittal of statements of qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms and/or teams for professional park and infrastructure design services to develop construction documents for Paradise Park Phase II. All respondents to the RFQ are subject to instructions communicated in this document and additional terms and conditions listed in the Owner_s RFQ. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all statements of qualifications and to waive technicalities and informalities at the discretion of the Owner. Questions will be accepted via email to eveg@thomasville.org per the RFQ instructions to ensure the same information is given to everyone. A questions addendum will be issued shortly after the deadline for questions and posted on the City of Thomasville website and Georgia Procurement Registry (GPR). A complete RFQ packet can be found in this solicitation under Supporting Documents. Deadline for Questions: 2:00 pm EST on January 12, 2026
