Site work for a water / sewer project in Thomasville, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
No bids may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for request of bids for a period of 60 days. The Prime Bidder will be properly licensed and will furnish all materials, labor, equipment & perform all work required to complete the project. Question Deadline 07/16/2025 at 5:00 PM ET This project consists of utility improvements to Remington Avenue from Schley Street to East Pinetree Blvd. These improvements include 6,987 lf of 12 HDPE, 910 lf of 8 HDPE, and 882 lf of 6 HDPE water main replacements. Proposals will not be considered by Owner unless Bidder is on record as having requested a complete set bid documents. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the Bid. If awarded the Contract, bidder will submit separate Payment & Performance Bond each for 100% of the Contract amount. Bids must be plainly marked 2025 REMINGTON AVENUE WATER EXTENSION & must be delivered before the time specified. The City of Thomasville, GA reserves the right to reject any & all bids, to waive informalities, to re-advertise, &/or to award the contract in the best interest of the City.
