2025 Colonial Square Round-a-bout, Sidewalks, and Resurfacing Furnishing of all materials, labor, equipment, and for performing all work required for the completion of the 2025 Colonial Square Roundabout, Sidewalks, and Resurfacing Project located in Thomas County, Georgia. The project includes, but is not limited to, the following work: Construction of a roundabout at the intersection of Liberty Street and Constitution Avenue. Installation of concrete sidewalks along Liberty Street, Williamsburg Avenue, Constitution Avenue, and Independence Street. Full-depth patching and reconstruction at designated locations on the aforementioned streets. Milling and resurfacing of all identified roadways. Installation of storm drainage infrastructure at the Liberty Street and Constitution Avenue intersection. Demolition and removal of existing infrastructure as indicated in the project plans. All bidders must be certified contractors with the Georgia Department of Transportation (GDOT). While the majority of work is related to concrete and asphalt and does not require a utility contractor license, certain portions of the project do require a licensed utility contractor, as mandated by law.
