The work primarily includes five foot wide sidewalk from Schley Street to East Pinetree Boulevard; replacing the existing driveways with concrete driveways; at several locations, storm water drainage will be added to provide conveyance beneath the sidewalk; and all disturbed areas will be replaced with new sod. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the Bid. If awarded the Contract, bidder will submit separate Payment & Performance Bond each for 100% of the Contract amount.
