**As of August 20th, 2025 , this project has not yet been awarded. The project is expected to be awarded on October 2025.** The CMAR Contract will include the following services and Work: 1. Construction of two (2) aeration basins (carrousel oxidation ditch with total volume of 5.6 MG). 2. Construction of one (1) 120-foot diameter secondary clarifier. 3. Conversion of two (2) anaerobic digesters to aerobic digesters. 4. Construction of a clarifier flow splitter box. 5. Construction of a RAS/WAS pump station. 6. Head works improvements. 7. Abandonment of existing clarifiers. 8. Electrical work (including new electrical building and generator). 9. Modifications to existing/potential new sludge dewatering building and belt press. 10. Demolition of existing structures. 11. Construction of bulk storage and feed systems. 12. Modifications to existing process piping. 13. Modifications to existing pump stations. 14. Site grading, drainage and miscellaneous site work. 15. Construction of new administrative and operations building. Owner anticipates that the CMAR's Contract Price will be approximately $60,000.00. The pre-construction services of the CMAR Contract have an expected start date of September 2025 and duration of 100 days. The Notice to Proceed for construction is expected to occur July 2026 with a duration of 730 days. Final completion of the project is expected to be October 2028. Step One: Owner will receive SOQs and evaluate these, along with other information, to develop a list of qualified, responsive Proposers. Step Two: The qualified, responsive Proposers will receive a Request for Proposals and will submit a detailed Proposal for the CMAR Contract for the Owner consideration.
