Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Montville, New Jersey. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
** As of 06/25/2025 all bids received were rejected. No definite date for rebid.** Project Description: The project scope includes the construction of a new walk/bike trail in Montville Township. Base bid includes approximately 5,060 square yards of 2-inch dense graded aggregate, 5,060 square yards of 2" stone dust and 3,420 square yards of topsoil w/spreading, straw mulch and seed, along a 7,100 LF trail in undeveloped lands. A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the order of the Township of Montville, or a duly executed bid bond in the amount of 10% of each bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, must be submitted with the bid by each bidder. Doc note: Bids or proposals shall be made on the forms provided and attached to the specifications which shall be submitted intact and otherwise must conform to the general instructions, specifications, terms and conditions. The cost of hard copies of Contract Documents is $50 per set, which is non-refundable, and checks shall be made payable to the Township of Montville. There is no cost for digital copies. The Township reserves the right to reject any and all bids or to waive any minor informalities or irregularities in the proposal received and to accept the bid which is in the best interests of the Township.
