Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Westchester, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of June 12, 2025, the project was awarded to Davis Concrete Construction, with an awarded amount of $49,816.25.** Site Directions: Various locations throughout the Village of Westchester as determined by the Village prior to construction. All work to be within Village ROW. All questions shall be submitted in writing to John LaPaglia, PE (CBBEL) at jlapaglia@cbbel.com no later than two (2) days prior to the bid opening. Est. Completion Date: June 20, 2025 Pre-Qualification: Yes The proposed work is officially known as "2025 Spring Concrete Restoration Program" and further described as sidewalk removal and replacement, driveway removal and replacement, curb and gutter removal and replacement, and landscape restoration at various locations within the Village of Westchester. All work shall be constructed with the use of Local Funds. All Contractors shall be prequalified by the Illinois Department of Transportation for Category 17 - Concrete Construction.
