supply and delivery of One (1) 69kV Circuit Breaker. Bid security in the amount of ten (10) percent of the bid must accompany each bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. A pre-Bid conference will not be held. Technical questions should be directed to the Engineer by calling 715-933-8033 or by email at d.krause@eps-ed.com. The City of Bloomer Electric Utility reserves the right to reject any and all bids, to waive irregularities and informalities therein and to award the Contract in the best interests of the Utility.
