Reference Number 0000291906 Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/05/09 12:00:00 AM CDT Rossburn Municipality requires a contractor for Municipal right-of-way mowing during the 2025 growing season. There are approximately 440 ,iles of mowing to be completed. Appendix A has a map of the roads requiring mowing. The purpose of this Request for Quote is to control the growth of weeds, grass and brush on the Municipal rights-of-way with particular attention to the shoulders, side slopes and ditches. This activity will provide an esthetically pleasing right-of-way, unobstructed drainage, issues associated with plant growth, eliminate obstruction to sight distance and visibility of signage, reduce snow drifting and increase visibility of wildlife on the right-of-way. The term of the contract will be from July 1, 2025, to November 1, 2025 The RM reserves the right to withdraw any or all tenders or any portion thereof. The lowest bid may not necessarily be awarded.
