Budget has been set at 250k. Construction to be comeplted by December 31, 2026. Question Acceptance Deadline 2025/10/20 12:00:00 AM CDT Rossburn Municipality is seeking Proposals from a qualified, experienced, multi-disciplinary bidder to organize and structure a plan for the replacement of sidewalks within the town of Rossburn. Rossburn Municipality was successful in obtaining a grant through the Active Transportation Fund with the Government of Canada. Rossburn Municipality will procure a bidder or consulting firm to undertake the Roots to Routes: Operation Smooth Stroll project as defined by the scope of work approved by the Active Transportation Grant. The selection process will be in alignment with the service Proposal requirements outlined in this RFP. Roots to Routes: Operation Smooth Stroll Mandate The bidder will create a detailed plan of execution aligned with the approved Active Transportation Fund grant which includes a multi-phased construction strategy, if applicable, to optimize resources and minimize disruption.
