Governing Board of the Poway Unified School District ("District") is inviting qualified and experienced Vendors to submit sealed bids for the project described below: Bid 2025-36 HVAC Air Filters V2. Each bid must be submitted with security in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the maximum bid amount as a guarantee that the bidder will enter into the proposed contract, if awarded to the bidder, and will provide the insurance certificates and other documents described in the contract documents. Such security must be in one of the following forms: (1) a cashier's check made payable to the District; (2) a certified check made payable to the District; or (3) a bond made payable to the District in the form set forth in the contract documents. Any bond must have been issued by a California-admitted surety as defined in Code of Civil Procedure Section 995.120. The District reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in any bids or in the bidding.
