Bid Intent Not Available AT TWIN PEAKS RD & COMMUNITY RD AND POMERADO RD & MEADOWBROOK LN General Requirements - Certified Payroll - Contractors License Required - Insurance Required - License Required - Prevailing Wage Required Bid Bond - 10 % - Performance Bond - 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond - 100 % This project involves the installation of new traffic signal cabinet equipment, battery back-up side mounted cabinet, pull boxes, and new detection at Twin Peaks Road/Community Road and Pomerado Road/Meadowbrook Lane intersections. No bid will be received unless it is made on a bid form which is included as part of the Special Provisions for the project. Each bid shall be accompanied by cash or a cashier's check or a certified check, or a satisfactory bid bond issued by a California admitted surety insurer in the form as included in the bid documents, in any event in an amount not less than 10% of the total amount of the bid. Construction surveying and staking will be provided by the Contractor. The Contractor must obtain a Right-of-Way Permit from the City, at no cost, before construction begins.
