Reference Number 0000390800 Bid Intent Not Available Purchase Type: One Time Only- Delivery Date: July 10, 2025 This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued by the City. The City is soliciting proposals from qualified, experienced C-61/D-49 Tree Service Contractors ("Proposer/Contractor") to provide specialized services for the removal of approximately 2,700 hazardous trees located along 4.6 miles of rights-of-way, including one four-lane corridor, one major arterial roadway, and within a 20.88-acre open space area. The services requested will include all operations related to the safe, legal, efficient removal and distribution of dead and dying trees and processing of related slash. This project is funded by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). Contractors and subcontractors must pay all laborers employed on the site of work no less than the local prevailing wage and fringe benefits for corresponding work, as determined by the U.S. Department of Labor.
