Renovation of an educational facility in Keyser, West Virginia. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors ("BOG") located in Morgantown, West Virginia ("WVU" or "University") is initiating this Request for Bids ("RFB") from qualified, experienced, and licensed Contractors to install a WVU furnished clock tower located outside of the Church McKee Arts Center on the Potomac State Campus in Keyser, WV. Installation involves removing approximately 1,000 square feet of topsoil and pouring a five-inch (5") thick concrete pad outside of the Church McKee Arts Center. A three-foot (3') wide brick stamped border will need to be installed around the edge of the pad. Beneath the center of the pad, a concrete foundation will need to be poured for the clock tower. Four (4) bollards will also need to be installed on the concrete pad. Two (2) of the Four (4) bollards will require electricity for lighting purposes. Electric and data cabling will need to be ran from an adjacent building up through the center of the foundation, Substantial Completion shall be: Sixty (60) days upon issuance of a PO b. Final Completion shall be: Thirty (30) days after Substantial Completion, Question Deadline 05/28/2025 at 12:00 PM ET Questions MUST be submitted directly on the solicitation website on the Q&A Board.
