Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Cedarburg, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
The Project consists of one prime Contract and includes but is not limited to the following approximate major Work items: Demolition of Existing Roofing Preparation of Re-Roofing Installation of Modified Bitumen Roof System Installation of Metal Accessories and Trim BID SECURITY: Bid Security in the amount of not less than 5% nor more than 10% of the Bid shall accompany each Bid in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. Acceptable Bid Security shall be a Bid Bond without condition, Certified Check, Cashier's Check, or Money Order. CONTRACT SECURITY: The Bidder to whom a Contract is awarded shall furnish a Performance Bond and a Payment Bond, each in an amount equal to the Contract Price. BID REJECTION/ACCEPTANCE: OWNER reserves the right to reject any and all Bids, waive informalities in bidding, or to accept the Bid or Bids, whichever best serve the interests of OWNER. BID WITHDRAWAL: No Bid or any required Bid Security shall be withdrawn for a period of forty-five (45) days after the opening of the Bids without the consent of OWNER. SALES TAX: The Bidder shall investigate 2015 Wisconsin Act 126 for items exempt from sales tax and include in their bid.
