North Kitsap School District (NKSD) requests statement of qualifications (SOQ) from qualified GC/CM s in accordance with RCW 39.10.340 for the DistrictWide Safety, Security, and Equity Improvements project. The project will include the addition of secure entry vestibules, site circulation improvements to support better site safety and accessibility improvements, a minor addition at Hilder Pearson ES a nd light Tenant Improvement (TI) at Suquamish ES to support equitable facilities programming, and associated system improvements. All questions should be submitted by 2:00PM on Thursday, June 5, 2025.
