Site work and paving for a road / highway in West Wyoming, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.

2025 Wyoming Borough ADA Ramp, Sewer Repair, and Street Reconstruction Projects . Installation of ADA Curb Ramps, Sewer repairs , installation of stormwater inlets, Milling of Bituminous Roadways, Paving and restoration. Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a unit price basis as indicated in the Bid Form. No pre-bid conference will be held for this project Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The following wage rate requirements are applicable to this contract: DAVIS-BACON WAGE RATES Bidder must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, religion, color, handicap, national origin, age or sex. The Labor Standards, Wage Determination and AntiKickback regulations (29 CFR, Part 3) issued by the Secretary of Labor are included in the contract documents of this project and govern all work under the contracts. Non-discrimination in EmploymentBidders on this work will be required to comply with the Presidents Executive Order 11246 and will be required to insure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against on the basis of their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, or national origin in employment or the provision of services. In addition to EEO Executive Order 11246, Contractors must also establish a 6.9% goal for female participation and a 0.6% goal for minority participation in the aggregate on-site construction work force for contracts in excess of $10,000 as per the notice of requirement for affirmation action as contained in the contract documents. Attention is called to Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, 12 USC 179 LU and the Section 3 clause and regulations set forth in 24 CFR, Part 135. In compliance with Executive Order 11625 and 12138, the successful bidder must utilize to the greatest extent feasible, minority and/or women-owned businesses located in the municipality, county or general trade area. WYOMING BOROUGH does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, religion, age, disability, or familial status in employment or the provision of services. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents are to be submitted to Engineer in writing via online Questions received less than seven (7) days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment and means to construct the Work as described in the Contract Documents and shown on the Drawings. The Work includes, but is not limited to, the following: A. Milling of Asphalt Pavement, Variable Depth B. Superpave Asphalt Wearing Course, Including Tack Coat and Utility Adjustments C. Superpave Asphalt Base Course D. Grade adjustments of existing manhole and inlet structures. E. Concrete Sidewalk, Concrete Curbs and Detectable Warning Surfaces associated with ADA Curb Ramps F. Pavement markings for crosswalks and stop bars G. Restoration of curbing, sidewalks, tree lawns, driveway aprons and roadway; erosion control, and maintenance of traffic during construction H. Temporary Bituminous Trench Restoration I. Installation of one (1) 48 in. inner diameter standard precast sanitary manhole, with frame and cover, complete in place J. 8" PVC SDR-35 sanitary sewer pipe, complete in place including sawcutting, excavation, bedding, backfill, temporary restoration, fittings and by-pass pumping K. 6" PVC SDR-35 sewer lateral connection piping, any depth, with elbows and wye fittings, complete in place L. Connections to existing sanitary sewer mains, manholes and laterals M. Subbase N. Storm inlets O. Maintenance & Protection of Traffic During Construction The above general outline of principal features does not in any way limit the responsibility of the Contractor to perform all Work and furnish the required materials, equipment, labor and means as shown or required by the Contract Documents. Material, equipment and labor, obviously a part of the Work and/or necessary for the proper operation, a complete and/or functioning system and installation of same, although not specifically indicated in the Contract Documents, shall be provided as if called for in detail without additional cost to Owner
