Botetourt County solicits proposals from qualified vendors to enter into a public-private partnership to construct multiple communication towers. Botetourt County may provide a twenty-year (20) lease at a reduced rate for a land lease in lieu of free space for communications equipment on the towers. At their discretion, the vendor can lease out the remaining space on the towers to qualified tenants and retain all subsequent rental payments. The Tinker Mountain site will require a revenue-sharing agreement with the landowner, with $650 per month per tenant. The vendor will retain ownership of the structure and must maintain the tower in good condition for the duration of the land lease. Upon termination of the land use, unless otherwise provided and agreed by the County and land owner, the vendor will decommission and remove the towers and restore the sites. SCOPE OF SERVICES The vendor will be responsible for obtaining all local, state, and federal permits. Read Mountain Dispatch Site Botetourt County has secured an easement for a communications tower located on the southeast corner of Eastpark Drive and Eastpark Court. Must be at least 110' tall, and no taller than 199' 3. The tower must be designed and constructed to the specifications of the tower manufacturer and meet ANSI/TIA-222. 4. The vendor must supply a concrete pad to accommodate a County-supplied shelter and generator, to include grounding to the tower and site grounding ring. a. Shelter size: 12' x 20' b. Generator: 5' x 8' 5. The following County equipment must be accommodated: a. TRAK 9100 GPS antenna at 30' (TFS 4702337) b. 3' microwave dish at 95' centerline (VHLP3-11W) c.
