Conceptual plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field; for outdoor lighting for a playground / park / athletic field; and for paving for a playground / park / athletic field.
The City of Manitou Springs is seeking proposals from qualified companies for this project. The City requires this project to be completed within 45 working days. No work shall be done between the hours of 5:30 P.M. and 7:00 A.M. Project is to provide construction drawings for West Side and East Side Improvements of the park, based on the approved Master Plan, including earthwork, paving, irrigation/planting, painting, lighting upgrades, and installation of site furnishings. The Master Plan improvements specific to the West Side and East Side Improvement areas are included in the attached bid package. Addendum Date/Time: 06/18/2025 PERFORMANCE BOND in the amount of one hundred percent of the total project cost; PAYMENT BOND for fifty percent of the total project cost. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
