Description The Project is described as follows: The Contractor shall remove and replace an existing heating and evaporative cooling system at the City of Concord's Corporation Yard Fleet garage. This project includes all necessary demolition, removal, procurement, delivery, installation, connections, and testing of all related mechanical, gas, water, and electrical components of a Reznor system (EC-1). The contractor is responsible for supplying all necessary tools, materials, and equipment, including the utilization of a crane and rigging equipment. Estimated Cost.
