DELIVERY DATE: As soon as possible DELIVERY TO BE MADE TO: St. Francois County Maintenance Dept. TRANSPORTATION CHARGES PREPAID Payment for materials, equipment, or services (unless otherwise agreed) will be paid within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. Acceptance of bid by the County Commission and notification of same will constitute a legal contract. Failure to supply the material, equipment of supplies in the manner specified will be held accountable. The County Commission of St. Francois County reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason deemed justifiable. Proposals are to be mailed or presented to the Clerk of the County Commission, Kevin Engler, Courthouse Annex-Suite 300, Third Floor, Farmington, Missouri 63640. ALL BIDS MUST BE IN A SEALED ENVELOPE MARKED ON THE OUTSIDE THAT IT IS A BID FOR ST. FRANCOIS CO. INTERIOR DOORS/MORGUE ALONG WITH THE DATE AND TIME OF BID OPENING.
