Renovation of a municipal facility in Farmington, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

As of October 27, 2025, project is awarded to Corsair Controls, Inc. in the amount of $41,505.59. Item: Replace Roof at Weber Road Facility. The Job Will Consist of Tear Off and Disposal of Two Layers Old Shingles and Removal of 5 Vents and Replace Decking Where Vents Are Located Also Install Ice Shield in All Valleys and Eaves. cover with synthetic underlayment, and install furring strips. Install 26 ga H-loc Standing Seam concealed Fastner's system, Install 29 ga drip edge valley, Rake and Ridge metal. Install 29 ga snow rail where needed. Replace all pipe boots and vents and remove over if not in use. Clean and haul off all debris. Contact Brian Briley at 573/631/8039 to come measure project.
