Renovation of a municipal facility in Farmington, Missouri. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Submitting a sealed bid which will be accepted by the St. Francois County Commission for supplying the following: materials, equipment and/or services as specified below: ITEM: Provide & install 61.6 KW solar rooftop without North Facing array at 1101 Weber Rd., Farmington, MO 63640. Funding is provided by US Dept. of Energy grant through MoDNR, so bids must adhere to 2 CFR part 200 and OMB Memorandum M-22-11. BABA requirements are required Payment for materials, equipment, or services (unless otherwise agreed) will be paid within thirty (30) days from the delivery date. Acceptance of bid by the County Commission and notification of same will constitute a legal contract. Failure to supply the material, equipment of supplies in the manner specified will be held accountable. The County Commission of St. Francois County reserves the right to reject any or all bids for any reason deemed justifiable.
