Description

Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

The Director of Water Utilities and Utility Engineers will be on hand to answer questions you may have on specific projects. To be considered for services, a Statement of Qualifications must be on-file with the City Clerk's Office. Specific information that needs to be included in the Statement of Qualifications for consideration for Consent Decree project design work and the expectations of design/engineering firms will also be provided. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
