Site work and paving for a road / highway in Barto, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The project includes approximately 32,750 SY of double application asphalt seal coat. Proposals shall be accompanied by a bid security in the amount of 10% of the total amount of the proposal .Proposals shall be effective until 7/17/2026. The successful bidder will be required to provide a 100% performance bond or certified check and a100% payment bond or certified check within 20 days of the date of contract award. Proposals must be made upon the forms furnished by the municipality. The municipality reserves the right to waive any non-material defects or irregularities in the bid, and to reject any or all bids or portions thereof. Question Deadline 06/17/2025 Every request forsuch interpretation shall be in writing addressed to LTL Consultants, Ltd., P. O. Box 241, Oley, PA 19547 and to be given consideration shall be received at least five (5) calendar days prior to the date fixed for the opening of bids. Apply double application asphalt seal coat in accordance with PennDOT Pub. 447, MS0340-0005 using CRS-2PM emulsified asphalt, AASHTO # 8 aggregate (SRL any) first pass and AASHTO #9M aggregate (SRL any) second pass on the following road
