Newfield Construction Group, acting as Construction Manager for The Town of Norfolk, Connecticut, is seeking sealed rebids for furnishing labor, tools, materials, and equipment required for the construction of a new firehouse to be located at 20 Shepard Road in Norfolk, Connecticut. The Following Bid Packages are being rebid: BP 1.16 Electrical BP 1.17 Fire Alarm / Communications. This Contract is Subject to State Set-aside and Contract Compliance Requirements The attention of the Bidders is called to the requirement for Minimum State Wage Rates to be paid under this Contract. The right is reserved to reject any or all bids in whole or in part, to award any item, group of items, or total bid and to waive any informality or technical defects, if it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Norfolk. No Bidder may withdraw their bid within ninety (90) days after the actual date of the opening thereof.
