A. The Work consists of the construction of a remodel of existing modular G8 for nursing Lab use - demolition and building improvements are required as part of the work. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. The Work will be conducted in one phase to provide the least possible interference to the activities of the Owner's personnel and to permit an orderly transfer of personnel and equipment to the new facilities.
