Site work and paving for a road / highway in New Salem Borough, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Work shall consist of, but not be limited to, the reclamation of a portion of Robin Hood Drive and Palmer Avenue, including some concrete curb replacement. Question Deadline 06/26/2025 at 4:00 PM ET Online Portal A bid bond or certified check made payable to New Salem Borough in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid amount must accompany the sealed bid. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond and payment bond each in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. Each bidder shall be prepared to submit evidence of their qualifications to perform the work. The Borough reserves the right, which is agreed and understood by all bidders, to accept or reject any or all bids and waive irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn by the bidder for 60 days after opening of bid proposals.
