Site work for a civil project in Lake Arrowhead, California. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and water / sewer project.
**As of July 31,2025, the project was awarded to Trinity Construction, with an awarded amount of $1.359,051.82.** The work consists of providing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, facilities, transportation and incidentals necessary to construct: A soil nail wall, storm drain piping, catch basins, fencing, site grading, and all appurtenances as shown on the drawings. COMPLETION OF WORK All work shall be completed within Eighty (80) calendar days after the date of Contract Notice to Proceed by the District. After all documents, bonds, and required support materials have been submitted as required by the project specifications, the District will issue a Notice to Proceed giving the Contractor ten (10) working days to start. This Notice to Proceed shall be delivered to the Contractor electronically, deposited in the United States mail or provided to the Contractor at the preconstruction conference at the latest. A preconstruction conference will be convened by the District regarding the project.
