The allotted time for construction is 60 Calendar Days. This Project is being Funded by the Johnson County ARP Funds. All Minority and Women-owned contractors are encouraged to participate. The OWNER reserves the right to waiver any informalities or reject all bids. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 30 days after the actual date of the submittal thereof. Bidders are instructed to read and sign off on the Contract Provisions for Non-Federal Entity Contracts Under Federal Awards in these Contract Documents following the Supplemental Conditions. There is no Pre-Bid Conference scheduled. A Bid must be accompanied by Bid security made payable to Owner in an amount of 5% percent of Bidder's maximum Bid price (determined by adding the base bid and all alternates) and in the form of a certified check, bank money order, or a Bid bond (on the form included in the Bidding Documents) issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraphs 6.01 and 6.02 of the General Conditions.
