Polk County Conservation reserves the right to reject any or all Quotes in whole or in part, to waive irregularities, and to accept Quotes, which appear to be in the best interest of Polk County Conservation. Polk County Conservation will not pay for any information herein requested, nor is liable for any costs incurred by the Proposer.
