Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Hinckley, Utah. Working plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; and playground / park / athletic field.
Hinckley Town (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Industrial Park Road Improvements. The Project includes the following Work: Removal of existing pavement and sub base, and installation of new base, geogrid, and asphalt pavement. Bids will be received for a single contract. The Project has an expected duration of 60 days. Questions or needed assistance can be directed to the online. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for full or partial sets of Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from online. Question Deadline 07/01/2025 at 3:00 PM MT Questions are due in writing to James Saunders, PE, at james.s@jonesanddemille.com. A pre-bid conference will not be held. For further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents. The Owner may reject any or all bids submitted.
