Original bid bond does not have to be delivered to the City; however, each bidder should maintain the original on file should the City request it at a later time. The Contract Documents require that all work be completed within 65 Consecutive Calendar Days Failure to complete the work as prescribed shall be considered as a Breach of Contract and subject to Liquidated Damages which are $1,000.00 per day.
