Renovation of a municipal facility in Cheyenne Wells, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a 2,500-square-foot municipal facility.
The Board of County Commissioners of Cheyenne County, CO is accepting sealed bids for repainting the courthouse eaves, which is about 1500-2500 square feet. Bid shall include removing current flaking paint. Bidder is responsible for providing all equipment and supplies necessary to complete job. Proof of liability insurance is required with bid. Any damages incurred by the winning bidder will be repaired at their expense. The project must be completed and cleaned up by December 1, 2025.
