The City of Petaluma's Transit Operations Center (555 N. McDowell Blvd, Petaluma 94954) seeks to install five (5) dual-port ChargePoint charging stations for charging 10 vehicles to support the Petaluma Transit Zero-Emission Fleet Transition Plan. The CITY has purchased and will supply: five (5) ChargePoint Powerlink 2000 dual-port charging stations, five (5) ChargePoint Express Plus Power Blocks, and one (1) Eaton Pow-R-Line Xpert Switchboard cabinet and associated hardware. This hardware will be used to charge the first Petaluma Transit battery electric buses (4 qty) arriving in June 2025 to be able to use level 3 charging at the Transit facility. The Contractor will provide and install all conduit, wiring, site work, equipment, and materials necessary for the installation, testing, and commissioning of the City-supplied electrical equipment, along with an additional five (5) charging station footings, conduit, and bollards for future use. SITE WORK: Site work includes trenching, construction of two (2) concrete pads, ten (10) charging station concrete footings, permanent bollards, removable bollards, handholes, pavement resurfacing, wheel stops, and parking lot striping. Note: while most of the trenching and resurfacing is asphalt, there is a concrete section, Approximately 10 linear feet.
