Renovation of a mixed-use development in Petaluma, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

Bids are invited for all materials, labor, tools, and services necessary to install the SOUTHERN QUAY per the design shown on the Construction Plans and as described in the Contract Specifications. The project generally consists of repairs to existing sheet pile bulkhead, and construction of concrete caps and grade beams, concrete and asphalt pavement, and pile cap, and site work consisting of the installation of drainage, electrical conduit, concrete and asphalt pavement, sidewalk, curbing, and associated work. Additionally, there is an alternate for concrete pier construction including pre-stressed concrete piles, precast caps and precast slabs. A certified check or bank draft payable to the order of City of Long Beach, Mississippi, negotiable U. S. Government bonds (at par value), or a satisfactory Bid Bond executed by the Bidder and an acceptable surety, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total bid for City of Long Beach, "LONG BEACH HARBOR - SOUTHERN QUAY", shall be submitted with each bid. For bids exceeding $50,000 Bidder must indicate his Certificate of Responsibility Number on outside of sealed proposal as required by Mississippi Law. For bids not exceeding $50,000, Bidder must either indicate his Certificate Number, or else write clearly "Bid does not exceed $50,000." Bids may be held by the City of Long Beach, Mississippi, for a period not to exceed ninety (90) days from the date of the opening of bids for the purpose of reviewing the bids and investigating the qualifications of Bidders, prior to awarding of the Contract. Bidders should also be aware of the City's prerogatives to award the Contract subject to the availability of funds as indicated in the Contract documents. The City of Long Beach, Mississippi, reserves the right to reject any or all bids or to waive any informalities in the bidding. DVBE (3%) SCOPE OF WORK: Please see attached materials report. Contractor shall include proper demolition, abatement and disposal of flooring. Buildings included in project for new flooring shall be Buckeye Lodge, Eagle/Hawk/Owl, Eucalyptus Lodge, Ranch Office, Cypress Lodge, Pines Lodge, Fir Lodge, and Bobcat/Mountain Lion. Floor specification: Tarkett Power bond , Power Bond Alcove 04163, Brazilwood 29007 or approved equal selected by the County Office. Assume standard floor prep. Contractor shall demolish/abate/remove and install new flooring approximately 4,400sqf at Buckeye Lodge, 2,128sqf at Eagle/Hawk/Owl, 1,566sqf at Eucalyptus Lodge, 2,100sqf at Ranch Office, 1.800sqf at Cypress Lodge, 2,240sqf at Pines Lodge,1,755sqf at Fir Lodge, and 2,784sqf at Bobcat/Mountain Lion. Contractor to include Richards & Sterling, Home Golden sun 16x16 or approved equal as Alternate 1 for following buildings - Teachers Lodge - Hallways, Laundry Room and kitchen : 350sqf Willow Lodge - Existing tile locations : 375sqf Cypress Lodge - 3 bathrooms and a 3'x6' entry way to include transition to carpeted area : 115sqf Fir Lodge - Kitchen, and 3 bathrooms : 416sqf Badger - Bathroom Sequoia Lodge - Kitchen, and upstairs bathrooms : 700sqf Creamery - Bathroom :36sqf Eucalyptus Lodge - bathrooms :450sqf Contractor to include Tarkett power bond carpet or approved equal as Alternate 2 for following buildings - Creamery - Living room : 168sqf Willow Lodge - All Carpeted areas : 1,800sqf Teachers lodge - All Carpeted Areas : 1,100sqf Sequoia Lodge - All Carpeted Areas : 3,500sqf Linoleum or approved equal to be installed in following buildings as part of Alternate 2 Hawk - Hallway and Bathroom : 125sqf Pines Lodge - Entryway and Bathroom : 160sqf Bobcat - Entryway : 135sqf Badger - Bathroom : 100sqf Eucalyptus - Entryway : 100sqf The Contractor agrees to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, appurtenances, and services, including transportation and utilities, required to perform and satisfactorily complete all work required for the following project Walker Creek Ranch Flooring ("Project") in full conformance with the Contract Documents: Q/A:- These requests shall be submitted on May 19, 2025, by 4:00 P.M. - Any questions relative to the bid shall be in writing and directed to Arturo Chavez at Arturo@Greystonewest.com CC Marcus Armstrong Brown at Marcus@Greystonewest.com.
