Westfield Borough Roof Project for Property Located at 429 East Main Street, Westfield, Pa 16950. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Bid Bond, Payment Bond and Performance Bond, as Required by Pennsylvania Law. The Owner Reserves the Right to Waive Any Formalities as Permitted by Law. Bids Submitted After Bid Opening Will Not Be Accepted. The Owner Reserves the Right to Reject Any and All Bids for Any Purpose. The Owner Has the Right to Accept and/or Reject All Bids Submitted in Accordance Herewith Within Sixty (60) Days of the Bid Opening. Upon Receipt of a Bid by the Owner, the Approved Bidder Must Complete Work by October 31, 2025 . Westfield Borough Roof Project. Bidders Must Review and Comply With the Bid Documents and Specifications That Are Available at the Borough Office. The Project Includes the Repair and Replacement of Approximately 6,150 Sq.ft. Of Shingled Roof With 40-year or Equivalent Steel Roofing; Bids Will Include Removal of Old Roofing as Needed, Replacing Underlayment as Needed, Installation of New Commercial Grade 40-year Steel Roofing.
