The City of Pasadena is soliciting proposals to enter into contract for maintenance services at City-owned properties. This is to include cleaning maintenance, graffiti removal, and debris removal. Addenda shall be acknowledged via online. The Specification and this Notice shall be considered a part of any contract made pursuant thereunder. If there is a Mandatory pre-bid meeting, bidders are required to attend at the time, date, and location included in the Timeline (#Instructions to Bidders) of this solicitation. If there is a Non-Mandatory pre-bid meeting, bidders not required to attend. Each prospective bidder will have the opportunity to clarify and ask questions regarding these Specifications. The Pre-bid Meeting will be held at the time, date, and location in the Timeline of this solicitation. No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a bid proposal for a public works project unless registered with the Department of Industrial Relations pursuant to Labor Code section 1725.5 [with limited exceptions from this requirement for bid purposes only under Labor Code section 1771.1(a)].
